The Atelier cottage is located in a detached house. During the summer, the cottage can only be booked for 7-day periods, from Saturday to Saturday.
You will appreciate the view and the absolute calm.
Equipped with all modern comforts, this gîte is completely independent and has a surface area of 40 m². It includes:
- A ground floor entrance
- Upstairs a living room with TV / equipped kitchen / dining room / washing machine
- On the same floor, 1 bedroom with King Size double bed (180x200) and with bathroom
- 1 other bedroom, controlled by the other, with 2 single beds
Beds are made upon your arrival and towels and toiletries are provided.
Free high-speed WiFi is available.
Outside, you have a private terrace area with a garden table and chairs. A BBQ is available.
You can enjoy the swimming pool, with arbor and garden furniture. The swimming pool, heated from mid-June to early September, depending on the weather, is shared but you can have completely private hours just for you.
You can also enjoy the 4000 m² fully enclosed garden: football with a goal, table tennis with rackets and ball provided, outdoor games, small children's cabin, swing set...
We also lend umbrellas, surfboards and wetsuits to enjoy the beaches.
You can store your bikes and beach equipment in a closed shelter with access to water to rinse your belongings.
You also have a quiet spot at the bottom of the garden to make a fire for a BBQ in "camping" mode with the children.
You have direct access from the garden to the splendid hiking trail which will allow you to discover the Breton moorland on foot or by bike.
Parking is free; you enter the property on foot through a separate gate that is always open to reach your cottage. The cottage is located a few meters from the gate.
